Without prejudice to the provisions of the previous section, and unless expressly stated otherwise during the purchase process, certain destinations may have the following estimated transit or transport times , which are in addition to the order processing time indicated in section 2 .
This means that the total estimated delivery time may consist of:

These timeframes are merely estimates and guidelines ; they refer to the transport time once the order has been shipped , and do not include preparation or prior processing time .
Actual delivery times may vary due to causes beyond our control, including, but not limited to, logistical issues, order volume, customs controls, local holidays, carrier restrictions, product availability, weather conditions, or force majeure.
Haloverses™ reserves the right to update, modify or extend these indicative timeframes at any time based on logistical, operational or carrier changes, without prejudice to the legally recognized rights of consumers.
4. Shipping costs, fees and taxes
Shipping costs, if applicable, will be displayed during the purchase process before finalizing the order, except in the case of obvious technical error.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- Product prices do not necessarily include tariffs, customs duties, import taxes, or other charges applicable in the destination country;
- These costs may be demanded by local authorities or carriers; and
- will be the responsibility of the client.

5. Order confirmation and tracking

- errors in the postal code,

7. Failed deliveries and undelivered packages
If an order cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the customer, including:

8. Damaged, incorrect, or problematic orders

However, Haloverses™ will not be responsible for:
- reasonable delays caused by the carrier,

- border blockades,
- regulatory restrictions, or
- incidents resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
In the event of loss or justified incident, we will review each situation individually and offer a reasonable solution in accordance with applicable regulations and the circumstances of the case.
